Policies

• All Sales are Final: No refunds on firearms purchases for any reason. If a new firearm does not function for some reason we can send it back to the manufacturer for repair. Once a firearm leaves the store it is a used firearm. 
• In – Store Holds: Orders held for in – store pick up will only be held for 1 week from date of order unless otherwise notified of future pickup date. 
• Layaway: 25% down, pick it up within 60 days. A 10% (of the total) restocking fee will be applied to cancellations of layaways. Failure to pick up items after the 60 day period results in forfeiture in full. *in store only – not applicable to online orders.
• Firearm Transfers: Our Transfer fee is $15 each for firearm. $50 each for NFA Items. A $10 weekly storage fee will be applied for any transfer not picked up after 30 days. 
• NFA Cancellations: A %50 restocking fee will be applied for NFA cancellations within 60 days PRIOR to NFA Form Submission. No refund if cancelled after 60 days or after form submission.

• Credit Card Payment: A 3% charge will be applied on all Credit Card purchases online and in – store. 
• Delayed Background Checks: 25% down required to hold items for Delayed Backgrounds. Items will not be held in the back while delayed without a deposit. 
• Denied Background Checks:  Background Checks that result in a denial result in forfeiture of deposit in full, no exceptions. Don’t Waste our time – If you can’t own, don’t try.
